I have been an accredited Journey Practitioner since 2016. To become a Journey Practitioner I studied for two years with Brandon Bays who pioneered The Journey as a result of her own healing experience of healing a large tumour, naturally with no drugs or surgery.

I was given the Journey Book and it was the most beautiful gift I could have been given. The book showed me that there was more to life and during my two years study to become a qualified practitioner past hurts from my childhood were resolved. The Intensive Journey weekend was the start of new beginnings for me I was guided in two beautiful processes to uncover the blocks that had prevented me from living life to my full potential.

I lead you through a step by step process to access the infinite wisdom from within.

It can be used for both physical and emotional issues, self-sabotage, depression, anxiety, career blocks, anger, chronic fatigue relationship issues and eating disorders and physical issues for example asthma and eczema.

I used it as part of my recovery from cancer.

The Journey work helps children and teenagers overcome physical and emotional issues.

I guide them through a simple process which allows them to feel more comfortable with their emotions and understand and accept the feelings which may have held them back. The methods used have also been successful in healing a wide range of illnesses in children. It also helps them come to terms with grief of a family member or friend.

• Children (5-12 years): it is a fun adventure and we also do art work.
• Teenagers (13- 18): we do another process which helps them cope with what they are going through - all health issues, bullying, grief being accepted in society for who they are.
